【Course content】
1st dish: Prosciutto and Burrata cheese
The rich flavor of the mozzarella cheese and fresh cream is topped off with a refreshing mix of rock salt, herbs and spices called crazy salt.
Assortment of three types of second appetizer
○ Marinated carrots
Carrots marinated in vinegar have a refreshing taste
Add black pepper for a spicy taste
○ Tomato and basil bruschetta
Fresh tomatoes and basil
Mix with oil and garlic
Placed on top of the bucket

A creamy masterpiece made with spinach and bacon and rich cheese.
3rd dish: German potatoes with chorizo sausage
Deep fried potatoes and spicy chorizo sausage with garlic for a spicy punchy flavor.
4th dish: Roast beef made from beef thigh
It is a superb product that is soft, juicy and melts in your mouth.
